Heaviest legal stringer wins — up to three redfish and one spotted seatrout. A full four-fish stringer is not required. Only fish caught by registered adult (non-youth) anglers count on the main stringer. All fish must meet Texas Parks & Wildlife regulations.

Catfish is free — every team is already in. The RowRide Youth Angler Tournament is also free and host-funded — Little Anglers. Big Fish. Bigger Bragging Rights. Youth Division trophies for biggest redfish, biggest speckled trout, and biggest trash fish.
Register for RowRide separately. Kids may fish from land or by boat. They are not added to a $300 boat roster. If they tag along on someone's boat, ask the captain or guide first — most guides prefer no more than four anglers. Youth anglers do not participate in the main tournament pot or main stringer, and they do not count on a boat team's paid side pots.
